Big Thoughts for The Future: The last century has been a world optimized primarily around one measure of great importance – money. A central value we can all agree on. This system has taken us far, but we might be approaching a local maxima. Towards a global maximum, I envision a future optimized around several measures. Vaguely put: ecological sustainability, emotional burden, individual potential, communal cohesion, and money. This will place increased emphasis on information interpretation – to process one’s action on the measures of great importance. I believe we will improve human information interpretation through soft programming of the human mind – education. And hard programming of the human mind – brain implants. The future is wild. Hold on!
